Quality management system certification
Damla LED® has been certified according to EN ISO 9001:2008. This certification guarantees the high quality standards of our service, design processes, production and philosophy.
We acknowledge that quality is important in sustaining long term business success and opportunity. As such being certified to a internationally recognized Quality Management System (EN ISO 9001:2008) clearly demonstrates our commitment to quality.
Quality
CE
All Damla LED® products carry CE mark: an EU Declaration of Conformity that allows free circulation in the European market.
Applicable Directives to lighting fittings are: Low Voltage Directive and Electromagnetic Compliance (EMC) Directive.
ENEC
All components and system units in our lighting fittings have ENEC Mark Licence (European Norms Electrical Certification).
ENEC is the European Certification Mark of Conformity to the Standards EN for the luminaires and their components instituted within Cenelec by 20 European Organizations of Electric Certification for the mutual acknowledgement of a single mark.
RoHS
RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) is the 2002/95/EG Directive of the European Parliament and Council restricting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
As legally required, Damla LED® offers its products in compliance with RoHS.
WEEE
The WEEE 20002/96/EG Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment applies to the collection of old and used equipment, whereby the amount of waste due to electrical and electronic equipment is reduced and the recycling of materials is made easier. The directive requires that products be designed so as to facilitate good and non-dangerous dismantling, recycling or re-use.
Packaging
Damla LED®'s product packaging is made of recyclable materials. For ecological and economical reasons, it is expected that packaging materials will be recycled after use.
Durability
Our products are both functional and aesthetically long-life products.
Engineering
The products development is carried out by using the 3D software and following very rigid procedures, based on the quality system EN ISO 9001-2008.
